Campaign Mechanics
Make a Pledge: To participate in Hotpot incentives, you must make a pledge before the incentive period starts.
Incentive Periods: Hotpot incentives run weekly, Monday to Friday, during:
7am – 9am
5pm – 7pm
Enable Hotpot Dispatch: During incentive periods, turn on Hotpot Dispatch. This will enable Auto Accept (AA) trips.
No Acceptance Rate (AR) requirements for Hotpot Dispatch.
A cancelled Hotpot Dispatch job will incur a cancellation penalty, and Hotpot Dispatch will be toggled off.
Earn TADA Points: TADA Points earned from completing trips during the incentive period will reflect in your Hotpot Incentive Driver Mission & contribute towards Collective Points Goal.
Payouts: Incentive rewards are paid out on the following Tuesday.
Additional Rewards: Reach the Collective Points Goal as a community to unlock additional rewards for all eligible drivers.
